An independent count
Counters who do not manage the stock have no reason to adjust a figure, so head office and your auditors get an objective result.
Stocktaking services in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan
Our independent counting team scans every location, checks every difference twice and hands you a count your finance team can post with confidence, reported in English.
Your own staff know the warehouse, but a count run by people who do not handle the stock day to day is faster, cleaner and easier to trust.
Counters who do not manage the stock have no reason to adjust a figure, so head office and your auditors get an objective result.
Count sheets, variance lists and summaries are prepared in English, so regional and group teams can review them without translation.
Each location is scanned with barcode readers, which cuts manual keying errors and lets us track progress zone by zone.
Our team is based in Tashkent and travels to warehouses, plants and shops in every region of the country.
We plan counts for evenings, weekends or quiet periods, and use cut-off rules so receiving and shipping can restart quickly.
You receive an adjustment list with the cause of each material difference, so the system can be corrected and errors are less likely to return.
Warning signs
If even one of them sounds familiar, it is time to call in an outside team
Stock is found “from memory” rather than by bin location; a single item can take hours to track down.
Receiving and shipping are recorded late or without paperwork: the books say one thing, the shelves another.
You only discover missing stock at the annual count, when finding the cause is nearly impossible.
Stock is tracked by hand and every employee keeps their own spreadsheet, so there is no single number you can trust.

You share the sites, approximate SKU numbers and dates. We propose a counting method, team size and quote.
We agree cut-off rules, load the item master into the scanners and map the warehouse into count zones.
Pairs of counters scan each location, and a second team recounts any line that does not agree.
Counted quantities are compared with your ERP, 1C or WMS balance and every difference is traced.
You receive the final count, variance list and adjustment proposal in Excel and PDF, in English.

Annual vs spot stock countsEach method has its place: one gives the full picture, the other finds problems fast.Read moreA full count covers every item at one time, usually with operations paused. Cycle counting covers part of the stock each week or month, so the whole range is checked over a period without stopping work.
It depends on the number of locations, SKUs and the time available. We usually work in pairs, one counting and one checking, plus a supervisor and a recount team.
For a full count, movements in the counted area should be frozen or strictly controlled during counting. For cycle counts and many retail counts, work can continue with clear cut-off rules.
Yes. We load your item master into our scanners so results come back in your SKU codes. Where items have no barcode, we can label them first.
We are based in Tashkent and travel throughout Uzbekistan, including Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Navoi and Nukus.
We provide an independent, documented count that auditors and head office can rely on as a basis. Specific accounting or tax requirements should be confirmed with your local accountant or auditor.
Every material difference is recounted and investigated. You receive a list showing the likely cause of each one and a proposed adjustment for your system.
Send the location, a rough number of SKUs or assets and your preferred dates. We reply with questions and a proposal.
